Pioneer of sustainable development
Resulting from the restructuring of KDD, K’Origins created in 2013 aims to be a pioneer in the field in Ivory Coast and in the sub-region, supports actors in the agricultural and mining sector in the certification processes that validate the quality of products on international markets and in the awareness of the importance of putting the concept of sustainability at the heart of their activities.
K’ORIGINS aims to provide a citizen perspective on the national development dynamic.
The implementation of the state plan for sustainable development requires actors in the value chain with a sufficient level of expertise to be able to allow:
- It is up to the State to have local contacts of choice who can act as relays in the implementation of national directives;
- Companies to understand and integrate the constraints of sustainability into their operating mode without losing efficiency.
K’ORIGINS is also designer and organizer of International Certification Conference (ICC), whose first editions were held in 2014 and 2015; respectively at the Felix Houphouët Boigny Foundation for Yamoussoukro Peace Research and at the Ivoire Sofitel Hotel in Abidjan.
